Manual outbound qualification calls are slow and repetitive. The goal was an agent that could run first-touch calls, capture what was said, and flag which leads were worth a human's time.

- Built the outbound call flow with Twilio, including qualification logic and fallbacks.
- Added real-time transcription with Deepgram so every call is captured as text.
